I know we are getting into the coldness of winter here so it may be a bit weird posting ice cream and popsicles now....but there is an upside of these ice creams and popsicles, you won't get cold because they are cookies :P We made these for Claudia's school netball fundraising this weekend, hope they will sell out ;-) I only managed to take photo tutorial for the popsicle, sorry we totally forgot to take pics of the the ice cream decorating progress. The popsicle is super simple to make so hopefully it will make up for it :) They are super simple to make in 3 easy steps: 1. Fill the bottom area of the popsicle with white icing in medium consistency, let it dry. 2. fill the rest of the cookie area with your preferred icing colour, let it overlap near the bottom so it will look like melting ice - see picture below. Let it dry completely. 3. Piped 2 black dots with black icing for the eyes and draw the eye lashes with black edible marker. Add the mouth with the same black edible market and lastly add light pink icing on the cheeks as blusher. I reckon anything looks cuter with kawaii faces on them, it just add that little bit of personality don't you think so? :) Well, we had a bit of an accident with the blue popsicle (as you can see from the photo below the top blue popsicle snapped at the handle) but they still look really cute grouped together in all different colours though :) And of course, we have to show you the different colour ice creams and i also love the little lollies and jellybean cookies all around them :) Hope this super easy popsicle and ice cream cookies encourages you to give it a try. If you do try this out, please let me know how you go, i would love to hear from you :)
In the mean time, hope everyone is getting ready for a lovely weekend!

For the ice cream did you just make lines on the cookie for the cone and do icing for the ice cream? :)
