Baymax Cookies

Who doesn't love Baymax? He is a big softie from Big Hero 6 whom we all adore! :) These cookies were one of the simplest and easiest cookies we have made. Made with 3 colour icing: white, black & red.
If anyone wants to try making decorated cookies for the first time, I would highly recommend trying out these Baymax cookies :)

Let start with the simplest one, the white face with black eyes. All you need to do is flood an oval shaped cookie with white icing and then add the 2 black dots for his eyes and join it in the middle with black line

Next is the full body Baymax. This one has a slighty more step process but reasonably simple. We started with his arms and his legs, while the white icing is still wet add light grey icing on his arms, upper legs and bottom feet.

Second step is to add his body and also add grey icing into the side of his body while the white icing is still wet, let it dry for a bit and then add his head.

Last step is to add his eyes, 2 black dots with black icing and connect them with a tiny line and then add his card-slot on the right side of his chest.

Now this red hero Baymax is quite fun to make as i love the eye popping colour on his mask :)

Step 1: Flood the mask area with red icing, we used 15 second consistency as we only want to make 1 batch of red icing (call it lazyness but it saves so much time rather than making 2 different consistency icing :P) Let this dry.

Step 2: Add white flood icing for the middle of the mask eyes area - see picture below.

Step 3: Pipe stiff consistency white icing to outline the mask - see picture below.

Step 4: Add his eyes with black icing.

Simple & easy right? :) our kids loved them and as our quality control at home they have given us their seal of approval. Here is my girl with the cookies :P

And of course my boy had to get in the action of sampling the goodies...he is our taste tester :P

We packaged-up a Baymax gift pack, love that he fits perfectly in our gift box ;-)

Hello! I love these! Where did you get the cutters from? Or is there a template I can purchase from you? :)
